The Firm

A legal tradition spanning the twentieth century

The Franceschinis law firm has a history that begins in Friuli in the early 1900s. After the Second World War it was opened in Milan by lawyer Giancarlo Franceschinis, who retired in the early 2000s after receiving the medal for 50 years of legal practice from the Milan Bar Council.

The firm is currently led by the lawyers Francesco Franceschinis and Lorenzo Franceschinis. It works predominantly in the fields of employment law, social security law and trade union law. The firm's lawyers are members of the Italian Association of Employment Lawyers (AGI), the specialist bar association bringing together lawyers who are experts in employment and trade union law.
