Judge in Venice

Francesco Franceschinis died in 1900 while serving as a judge of the Court of Appeal of Venice.

Son of Francesco, a lawyer in Udine all his life. An artillery officer in the Great War and socialist mayor of Villanova (Udine).

Son of Carlo, born in San Daniele del Friuli. A partisan in Carnia and Political Commissar in the Garibaldian formations during the Free Republic of Carnia.

From Bologna to Milan

Having graduated in Bologna in 1949, he moved to Milan to practise there for the rest of his life, with an office for a long period in Lodi as well.

Today

The firm carries on

The partners are the lawyers Francesco and Lorenzo Franceschinis, supported by lawyer Annarita Avenia and trainee Dario Franceschinis. The firm's area of practice remains employment, social security and trade union law.
