Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Cassation · Partner

Born in Milan, after obtaining his classical secondary school diploma he graduated in Law at the University of Milan, defending a thesis in employment law. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2001 and holds a right of audience before the higher courts. He is a member of AGI – Italian Association of Employment Lawyers.

He practises exclusively in the field of employment law, providing assistance and defence to workers, both in court and out of court.

For many years he has pursued a passion for competitive freediving, a discipline in which he has won numerous Italian and world titles in the Master category.

Lorenzo Franceschinis

Lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of Cassation · Partner

He graduated in Law with honours at the University of Milan in the 1988/1989 academic year. He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 1993 and has been on the Register of lawyers admitted before the higher courts since 2006.

A partner of the firm, he has always practised in the field of trade union and employment law, having been the lead lawyer for various confederal and grassroots trade union associations. From its foundation in 1992 he has contributed to the Rivista Critica di Diritto del Lavoro (D&L), as an editor and then as co-editor from 2001 to 2013.

A member of the Lombardy Regional Executive Committee of the Italian Association of Employment Lawyers from 2014 to 2020, he served as head of the conciliation and arbitration office of AGI Lombardy, as well as a lecturer and examiner at AGI's School of Advanced Specialisation in employment law.

After her classical secondary school diploma, she graduated in Law at the State University of Milan and in 2025 was admitted to the Milan Bar Association. Alongside her legal career she has gained significant experience in leading national and international corporate settings, in roles ranging from human resources to procurement. She has worked with the Franceschinis Law Firm since 2021, first as a trainee and, since 2025, as a lawyer.

A graduate in Law from the State University of Milan with a thesis in employment law on the minimum wage and the protection of workers' health and safety (supervisor: lawyer and professor Mariateresa Carinci). He has been a trainee lawyer authorised to appear in court (substitute advocacy) since 2025.
